It was Canadian Thanksgiving this past weekend and we drove out to a smaller city to visit and stay overnight with friends on Sunday. It was pretty much peak leaf colour changing here too. There is a maple and oak lined gorge along the way and the colours were spectacular.

We don't have a yard of our own to rake, but the fancy house people up the road all rake their leaves in huge piles by the side of the road and then the city sends a big vacuum truck to suck them all up. Rupe loves running in their piles and messing them up - we'll have to see what Miss Jem thinks about them.

It sounds as if Tucker is really enjoying Lulu - Rupe and Jem play the same way. She certainly is getting him off his duff and moving around!
