I am not sure what you mean. You do have an avatar picture that shows up each time. Are you wanting to post some more pictures "as a thumbnail" when you make a post. If so. Go to the Heading" Drop Box" and click on that.
Then look for the title "posting pictures" and click on that. You will see a post by Stephen and he provides a link for you to click on. This gives instructions on how to post pictures. See if this helps you.
