I couldn't agree with you more linda! I would be very wary - just because the dog is a low price does not mean it is a "good deal". I would be talking directly to the breeder as well, asking the appropriate questions. Are the parents both AKC regsitered corgi's with health guaranteesand have the parents been screened for genetic problems before they were bred? An inexpensive initial investment often means a very expensive (Vet bills) lifetime investment. I would not give anyone another cent until you have spoken to the breeder directly. The whole situation makes me a bit leary.
