I have never liked spiders Yuk but I never killed them in front of my children. My oldest son will still carry one that he finds in the house outside and release it. We used to do this when he was little. I detest rats and mice and my children aren't fond of them either and will set out poison and that is a good thing. LOL

You are right Bonnie. I have a friend who does not care for dogs and she does not believe dogs belong in the home, but should be kept outside in a pen. Anyway, she has a young daughter who is fearful of dogs(which I believe is because of the mom) Usually when I walk Cody, little kids love to come up to him.

Our next door neighbors have 4 young children under the age of 10 and have never been pet owners. The 2 year old boy is the one that always gets Cody excited. Last week, the mom and I were sitting out in front on the lawn. The little boy began lunging towards Cody and Roaring right into his face(he was imitating who he was going to be for Halloween) The mom didn't think anything of what he was doing, but after the 3rd time, told him to stop because Cody started to bark. I had to tell him not to do that also and that he should not put his face so close to a dogs face and make such loud noises.
