Well put Emilie - That is the prime example of good parents teaching even though you couldn't have one and other parents that just don't care. I stand corrected. You are right on the kid chained up. We stopped at a musuem in Maine one time when we had Digger. I asked if we could carry him through and she said "no tie him to a tree outside" so I asked her if she ever tied her child up to a tree and left it. Needless to say, never did go through the museum.
