Most puppies have their tails docked at 3 -4 days old.. also I believe that now, most pems are born with tails- some have short tails some full tails. There are corgis with natural bob tails but they are not as common. I saw one Canadian breeder that is trying to breed the natural bob tails. I bet a lot more breeders will be trying to do this as well in the UK where they are banning cropping ears and docking tails...
