I caught something in your last post, the ear flapping you mentioned. Miss Gambler has always snapped her big ears, and when she was two her ears were suddenly becoming very bruised and raw. The vet had never seen such, wanted to do all sorts of testing, was convinced that it was something really bad. I KNEW WHAT IT WAS AND SHE DID NOT LISTEN! We have had to train Miss Gambler to not snap her ears(they bruise so easily!) and with the use of over the counter antibiotic creme to get them to heal from that one incident(that's all the medical treatment she needed!) and a daily pill to add moisture to her fur and skin to make them extra healthy, she's fine. But she did a lot of trauma to her ears with that ear flapping!
