A house trained Corgi is exactly that and will not toilet inside a house unless in an absolute emergency. Somehow Ruby has got her wires crossed and needs re-educating otherwise she might have some medical condition such as incontinence. Make sure she has no liquids well before it is time for bed sleeping and before she hops off the bed in the morning, take her outside either by picking her up or (better still) escourting her to the door.
