In New Zealand, for competing in any other dog related 'sport' one can get their dog 'registered' with the NZKC at any time by the owner. It is only for the benefit of conformation showing and pure bred breeding purposes that registration is carried out by the breeder.
Linda seemes to be against a certain breeder registering their puppies on 'full' registration with the AKA.
