You can only answer the questions the breeder asks truthfully Dewey. I consider myself a very good Corgi owner and yet because I live in an apartment I've had 2 breeders refuse to sell me pups. That's fine - the breeder (a good breeder) is only looking out for their pups.
We really hope this will work out for you and that this one is Dewey. What's meant to be will be with our pets - I believe that. I waited months for my first, Riley, in agony of excitement and anticipation to find out it had been a false pregnancy. I had to wait 12 more weeks after that for her - and I wouldn't have had any other dog - she was right for me.
