Ok Debbie - I would go with the 11 1/2 inch height corgi male because of the height. I would think that the puppies would maintain a height that fits the standard. The weight may be because of to many treats, etc. I am thinking the more you breed higher in height the taller the puppies will be when they are grown. Is it true to maintain a standard, you have to stay within the standard unless you get a throw back. Let me know if I am wrong.
