I just measured Chip and he isn't quite 11 inches at the top of his shoulder blades and he is either 17 or 19 inches from where his tail begins at his fanny and to where his neck begins at his shoulders. He didn't like the yardstick so he wouldn't hold completely still. LOL So if I measured correctly then Chip's size is ok and the 16 inches would be right??
