I agree with debbie, about avoiding all the breeders who specifically sell "teacup" or "miniature" corgis. I do know of a breeder who is reputable in Maine who tends towards the smaller corgi - I have seen three of her dogs in my area, all three are much smaller than Dillon...both in height and length. Of the three i saw, one was a fluffy tri, the other two were normal coated tri colors.
