Most Corgi males still tend to squat at seven months when weeing. That the urine dribbles down the concrete can easily be fixed- get him other places to toilet -preferably where there is areas of grass, dirt or weedy surfaces (where the urine won't create a stream), maybe close to trees and bush and posts - because that is where he'll head for in any case when he gets older.
Corgis do not like dabbling in their own wee or poop.
