The pictures that I put out here were all from this past Saturday night! Just one night, and what a night. Miss Gambler went shopping with us, then dinner, then a quick stop at a fair. She was fine at the fair, and we didn't even use the stroller there, and she loved all the food smells, but when we walked by the booth where they were throwing darts to hit balloons, she yanked on her leash and did not stop pulling my husband until we were all the way back to the car, she led the entire way back!
Chip's Mom: I would be more than happy to give you any pointers on your trip to Las Vegas,
vegasauthor@yahoo.com, I write about Las Vegas for a living, so write me if you want. But the main thing is DO NOT STAY at the LaQuinta chain in Las Vegas. There is really only one that is convenient anyway, and they do not allow you to leave the dog in the room and it has turned into a dump in the last couple of years, trust me. There are two wonderful Residence Inns, and great locations, and very dog friendly, these are where we stay unless my husband is going to be with us. I will be going home for Thanksgiving with my husband and we will be staying at The Four Seasons on the Strip, the ultimate dog experience. It is also the only hotel on the strip that allows dogs. I have a little pull with some of the casinos so every now and then during off times I can get into the megaresorts with Miss Gambler, but the rest of the times it is Residence Inns or Four Seasons.
