Analyze what Fargo is whining about first.
Do you see him in pain? Limping? Or uncomfortable? This might signal to you he needs help.
Is he whining because he wants to play? He seems bored? He wants food?
Milo doesn't whine. If he wants food, he'll bark softly or growl lightly to us. Or, he'll take his fat paws and hit our thighs.
