Have them pee uphill.
I'm kind of kidding!
I used to run a lot on rural country roads that were sloped along the shoulder (the shoulders of the road were not flat). SO when I ran I was always putting pressure on the knee of the outside leg.
One day after lots of pain I went to my orthopedic surgeon. He asked me where I ran and I told him. He said turn around and run the other direction.
So I would put pressure on the opposite leg from the sloped road.
$75 please!
