Inbreeding really fits into the category of line breeding. I wouldn't entertain getting a Corgi that has been closely line bred eg a pup from a father to daughter mating. but I could be interested in a pup from a grandfather to grand daughter mating.
In NZ close line breeding with Corgis is not recommended because our gene pool is small. It might be more feasible in the USA but from any offspring between, say, father and daughter those offspring , if mated, will need to be mated with an outcross ie unrelated Corgi.
As I previously, said, inbreeding or close line breeding is best left alone and one should be extremely careful in getting a pup from such a union.
