Honestly Michael,
this rescue that I was talking to had this dog,(not a Corgi) that absolutely would not potty if you took him out on a leash. He had been adopted out and returned for that reason so they were only going to adopt him out to someone with a fenced in yard. I know it sounds weird, but that is what I was
told.
