I would recommend going to your local library and picking up some books on puppy care and specific breeds. Also, if you use the search feature here, there are many topics on puppies. Being 10 years old, is your mom and dad going to help you with this puppy? Have you or your parents ever had a puppy? Do you plan on keeping him/her inside? You should also find a good veterinarian for all your puppy care.
