When Yoda gets barked at by another dog, or sees other dogs, he remains quiet. If he hears a dog barking in the distance, he will turn to the direction he hears it coming from, but he still remains very quiet. If someone knocks at my door, or new people come to the house, he also remains quiet. He will show obvious excitement, by running up to anyone, and wiggling his butt all over the place, licking & jumping, but no barking at all. It's extremely rare to hear his bark. He definitely has one, but hardly ever uses it. Every now and then, he will whine or cry, but it's only for about a minute or two, then he quiets down.
