Petastic, You will have to saturate the area, not just spray on. You may even try using a black light to make sure you get all the areas.

I believe that they can be trained to use more than one area for potty. I dont much about the litter box, but it may be an option for you to explore.

I keep 1 pee pad down and it only gets used maybe once every 2 weeks for darci to use in the middle of the night, and thats with us taking her out before bed between 10:00-11:00 pm. Egan has never used it, he doesnt pay any attention to it.
