Dewey hoards everything. -

My cat is very odd. He doesn't bother my fish and he doesn't bother my sister's hamster (Foxy Brown). Even when she's rolling around in her hamster ball, he just watches her go, completely uninterested. One night she even escaped and was running around completely vulnerable to a cat-attack but was hurt at all? Nope. Kitty followed her from room to room, sniffing her as she went, but not hurting her.
So I decided to test Dewey. I let him sniff Foxy while I held her in my hand. He was like, "Ok, smells wierd, looks alive. I dun really want it," so then I put her on the carpet.
Yes, this wasn't being very smart but I had to see what Dewey would do. Foxy scurries around a bit and Dewey sniffs and watches her. Suddenly, he picks her up and starts walking towards my bedroom -- He was going to hoard her!
My sister and mother scream, I grab Foxy and put her away and then we all laugh. Everything I put on the floor he takes away and hides under my bed. Ironically enough, the word hamster is derived from the german word hamstern which means 'to hoard'.
