a household cleaner will not remove the pheromones left behind in the pee and Patty can clearly still smell it - which is part of the reason why she still soils the same area over and over again. You need to go get a product specifically designed to remove the smells on a molecular level. Just becuase you can't smell the pee - the dogs most certainly can ,their noses are just so much more powerful than our own. There are quite a few products on the market- I am not sure if the ones I could suggest are in Japan or not but here are a few: Nature's miracle, Get Serious, ZeroOdor, Simple Solution, Petrotech Odor Eliminator, Nilodor. I would just look around and see if you can find any such products that neutralize the odors. You can find some of the products on-line too.
