I'm kindof also looking for a certian type of Corgi. It has to be a Pembroke, I would like it to be a male, and a tri-colored would be awesome. I'm open to other suggestions though!

That is your closest resource to find reputable and responsible Breeders with whom to work. There is also a very active rescue program in the state should you be interested in information on that source for a Pembroke.
