My girls, at around 6 months old, took a 15 hour trip one way from New Jersey to Kentucky and then 21 hours to get home with trailer problems. They have been to Ocean City, Maryland, which took about 8 hours, Wildwood, NJ, which took 4 hours, and they regularly are in the car with me for an hour. They absolutely LOVE going places. I was really worried because Violet threw up 3 times all over the place when we first brought her home in the car, but she got over it quickly, and when the leashes come out, they go nuts.
