Thanks so much for that info. I didn't know there was a picnic in Kingsport so I must have not been on at that time. I live just outside of Elizabethton so it isn't that far for me and I would love to go to the picnic and will try my best. We are going to go to the beach that week but I will try to be home to go. I am so looking forward to going as this will be Chip's first beach trip. If I had known about your rescue group prior to getting Chip, I probably would have contacted you, however, I am so glad to have Chip, especially with his overbite.
