Oh, How sad,

and his name is Cody. He looks like a doll. There are too many stories like this with all types of dogs

I would send this wanna be traveling husband off on his own with his bags packed(for a long time). Just this last summer there was a Corgi named Yogi in a rescue near me and he had been relinquished by the only family he had lived with because he had developed incontinence problems and he was 11 - shortly thereafter they found out he had cancer.

What I don't understand is why would he give Cody to a "high kill" shelter, don't they know there is a Corgi rescue they could give him to.
