I agree - I'm not sure I could deal with people like this on a regular basis and remain civil. You are a "Steel Magnolia" Deb. And it does seem very strange that they would refuse help from Corgi Rescue, which has the best chance of placing him in the "perfect" home. Poor Cody - I hope he finds a good home soon. grrrrrrr . . . .
