I think it is a little early to tell whether or not Pockets' head will retain the dome shape and dome, just for the record, is not a preferred head shape. That isn't a derogatory statement about Pockets at all, because he is a real cutie
. Rather if anyone here is trying to learn about correct conformation, then correct information needs to be passed along.
A correct head should be foxy in shape and appearance; the skull should be fairly wide and flat between the ears. Rounded, apple-domed skulls are incorrect.
Just remember, there are no perfect dogs of any breed, even the most decorated champion has faults.
