This last rest area we stopped at on the way home from KY wasn't really fit for man or animal. It was really nasty where people weren't cleaning up after their dogs. I am going to do the unthinkable with Chip and if we do stop at a rest area, puppy will stay in his crate and Chip will walk in the people designated areas and I will clean up after him if necessary.
