Michael, Sometimes you write in a way that is quite confusing. Are you insinuating that Innova is not a quality food? See, the AFFCO has tested and approved much lesser quality foods, so their guidelines are obviously lienient as far as the level of quality they are willing to give a "passing" score. If you are good at ingredient list reading you will note that Innova has extrememly high quality ingredients so I am not sure what politics are involved with AFFCO to get labeled "approved" but if they have given a passing score to other much lesser quality foods with fillers, meat byproducts, and corn as their first ingredient so I have no doubt that Innova should be approved as well.
