The more I think about it, the more I like it - steep hill climbing off -leash is an ideal build up for any difficulty in climbing up a rung of steps. Hill cllimbing is marvellous for building up and maintaining leg and shoulder muscles and Taylor gets this kind of exercise fairly regularly as part of his agility training.
