Either or both of her parents could carry the sable and she still might not get that gene. She might have some sable on her back as an adult. That is hard to tell at this point.
She's a red and white. She doesn't have any sable on her head now. Pembrokes change color from the head back, around the eyes first than over the head. She may or may not be a dark red. There's nothing in that picture that says dark red to me but who knows. And the papers don't ask what shade of red. Register her as a red with white markings.
