I agree with Emilie on inducing vomitting - it totally depends on the toxin ingested.

Newcorgiowner - is there an emergency vet clinic in your city or town that you could call and ask questions in any kind of an emergency? I have a fridge magnet, on my fridge, with the phone number and address of the nearest 24 hour emergency clinic - so in a panic, I won't have to find it.

I'm so glad everything turned out okay - I had a couple of similar scares with my first Corgi getting into meds - she ate liquid Advil gelcaps at one point.
