Rescue
I am familiar with the majority of rescuers and rescue groups in OH and this one is not among them. If you go through the website I think it would be more accurate to say a breeding operation is shutting down rather than a rescue having to close its doors.
There are numerous corgi rescue groups in OH, one of which does buy dogs from auctions, Amish farmers and others going out of business; speuters them and then places them on. If this place isn't on the OH rescuers radar yet (which would surprise me), it will be soon I'm sure.
