I find it a lottle strange and previously unknown to me that some Corgis have a natural skin odour that is not sociallly acceptable. I don't believe that even the world's expensive and leading shampoos for dogs are going to have a lasting effect that will remove a natural odour. But there are of course canister perfumic products around that give a dog a delightlful smell which can last for some time and can easily be applied in seconds over and over again. These products are well known to conformation show handlers.
Bad breath is a common occurance and often the cause is the kind of food your Corgi gets. So often the cure is a change of diet. Attention to gums and teeth is another way of getting rid of bad breath - so teeth cleaning via dog toothpaste is a solution. There are also dog products that freshen up a dog's breath.
