We use Bio-Groom Oatmeal Soothing Shampoo as it is soap free. Very easy to rinse and leaves Buddy's coat soft, fresh, and very huggable! Also for smells here and there we use Cowboy Magic (it says its a shower in a bottle) it is made of natural oils and can be licked with no problems according to vet. Have used both doggie wipes and alcohol free baby wipes. Now just spritz the Cowboy Magic and wipe with a paper towel. Also for muddy football days with the boys, we give Buddy a 1/2 bath--just a rinse from midline down with the hose on mist . A rub down with a towel and he's dry in minutes versus forever with a regular bath and 30 minute blow dry. In fact using this method, he gets a full bath every 2-3 months or so and 1/2 rinses or wipe downs in between.
