We got our puppy, Biscuit, Thursday night. He is adorable. I have some questions. I know it can be dangerous for a corgi to fall and so we didn't want him to go on the couch but he kept trying to jump up and cried so we let him sit there with us. Do I need to watch him constantly so he won't try to jump down on his own? He goes down one step fine.
Also, the potty training is not going well. He hasn't been going in his crate but he goes anywhere else in the house it seems. We take him out after meals and when he gets out of his crate and several other times in the day. He seems to go in the house right after we have come back in from being outside. We give him a treat whenever he goes potty outside. He is 9 weeks old.
