No they don't. The youngest I've ever had that lifted his leg was 4 mos. but most are doing so by 6 mos.

Leg lifting is often a learned behavior. If they don't have other males around or aren't walked where they smell or see other males then they might still squat. However, most I've known start lifting their legs at about 5-6 mos. old.
