I was going to mention what Jessica mentioned - using a onsie to keep them from picking at their stitches. Keeping them quiet is tough but you can also use a crate if she gets a little too rowdy. I used Dillon's crate for him and put his crate next to my computer chair so when i was working he could see me and i could talk to him and he felt better that i was around. We will be thinking of you on monday!
