Look at the top of the page and there is a button User CP click on this and it will take you to another page, in this page there should be a menu on the left side of the page, in this menu there should be a button Avatar or something like that mine says edit Avatar, because I beleive, I have already made one Avatar. On this page you can set your Avatar preferences and upload a picture from your computer to use as your Avatar. Hope this is helpful.
