Linda - very strange. But it's typical of a vast number of people here who want to put down dogs for all kinds of flimsy reasons and not instead mete out strong punishment to the owners/handlers of the dogs
I think I've said it before on Go Corgi, but there are a host of first world and second world countries which allow any well behaved dog onto public transport and into cafes and restaurants. Here in NZ there are laws prohibiting dogs from being around food outlets such as food stores and restaurants etc But for what reason??? For instance, Taylor is not going to jump up and sample any food thats on sale or on a table. He's not going to wee on a bag of potatoes or on the floor of a cafe
