Even individual dogs frap around. Joni usually gets in a good session after a bath or after a brisk walk/run. hers usually involve picking up differnt toys and running them to different points in the house.

We have hardwood floors too and there used to be much slipping when Joni ran. It was sort of concerning at first, but then she got the hang of the stop slide and turn slide. She has done the turn slide paired with a side flop on occasion.
