Merrie, on the snuggling side, we have had two female corgs, Mouse and Rosie.
Mouse was definitely not a snuggler by any stretch of the imagination. She was extremely intelligent, but not cuddly at all. At night, when we were sitting having a read, she would take herself firmly off to the other side of the room and lie down there. But she was not socialised properly as a pup and I wonder if that had more to do with her stand-offishness than anything else.
Rosie, however, is a complete cuddle-bunny. She smooges and rubs and does that cute head-roll against you as often as she can. She loves to come up for a lap-cuddle and her sitting place at night is generally right beside one of us with her head on our feet.
