I love my cardis--and it's not because they do or do not have a tail nor because they are deemed popular or unpopular by general society. I personally take no offense whatsoever to Michael's comment because I have learned over time to take these comments with a grain of salt. In addition, I am not in the least bit worried that the cardigan breed will become extinct due to the sheer number of breeders located in this country, let alone the world.
I am in agreement with Debbie though. If cardis become obsolete because they have a tail, then what prevents pems from suffering the same fate if tail docking is deemed illegal? Is their only draw the bunny butt? Will Cocker Spaniels and Rottweilers become extinct as well? I sincerely doubt it.
And tell Ace not to worry! He can get together with Maya and Dudley and they can talk about their inferiority complexes
