I wasn't thrilled about Royal Canin having corn gluten. I just emailed Sensible choice asking if their ingredients are changing because of Royal Canin buying them out. I also emailed California Natural to ask why they put white rice in the chicken and rice. Any replies I received I'll post under the food thread.

We aren't liking the current mastiffs with the dinky heads, or high hips, not majestic looking at all. My brother lucked out having the sweetest overbread female given to him. She was so sweet she got my husband to let her lay next to his side of the bed. Of course the farting and moaning moved her to the guest room the next night. It is like having a minature horse in the house but she was so careful when she walked through my cluttered house, never a thing broken. She made us appreciate the size of a corgi!!!
TNCorgi, get ready to spend an hour. It took me that long to find a dry food with lower protein (for late kidney disease) but ingredients I liked. I wanted brown rice which the Vet said was the best grain for her.
