where you see the small reflective stipes, that is what you turn on at night ( has a tiny battery pack on the top) and it lights up solid or you can have it blink... pretty cool...

I use a harness that is attached at the middle on top of the shoulders for Bailey. Is there anything in the way that would keep me from making a hole in that vest, on the top middle, for the leash to attach to the harness?
