Cingrats Chloe Louise. It so happens to be my 26th wedding anniversary this Friday ( May 26). But I can't say that Taylor has brought joy to everyone in my household - both sons like him and my youngest has a very soft spot for him, but my daughter ignores him and my wife doesn't see anything special about him - funny because so many other people he has come into contact with - and they range in their hundreds - think Taylor is cute and gorgeous and want to take him home.
Tayor will be featured in next months New Zealand Lions Clubs national magazine - coloured photo and article on the $1,100 he has raised for cancer. So he is doing good work in the community.
Anyway my wife and I are celebrating our anniversary at a restaurant we have never been to before and I've still got lots of wine - leftovers from my book launch in March. Hopefully Saturday will also be a night to celebrate - the biggest sports event on the national scene - the grand final of the Super 14 Rugby competition with my local team, the Hurricanes against the team from the South Island of NZ, the Crusaders. The match is shown on American television. These two teams are the best non-international rugby teams in the world.
