Now here is the question - What does everyone think of me switching him to the adult natures recipe which he eats about 1/2 time anyway but it is bigger pieces and I do moisten it and he also eats it dry or should I continue as I have been doing until he gets his teeth pulled and has recuperated with that. The last teeth pulling really took alot out of him so I don't want him to lose ground.
Do you need to switch him? I mean, if you don't are there concerns? I don't know much about puppy food, but I would think a little more time after the proceedure wouldn't hurt him being on puppy, right?

Poor guy.... sound traumatic!! I'd try to keep things as similar as possible. If the adult is better for him somehow and it's similar formula/smell/taste to the puppy stuff... and you want to switch him, go for it? But all this stress on him, I might be tempted to keep him on it through his proceedures.
